"Dive Points"
I like to keep track of my dives.

Besides marking each dive as Fresh or Salt water, in my dive log I also mark each dive as whether on a Boat, or Night, Deep (below 80'), Cold (less than 45 degrees), low Vis (less than 6 feet), or nitroX.  I also find it interesting to keep a total of the different dive areas and different wrecks I have visited.  Each different quarry, each different dive boat, and each different spring is a "dive area".

The dividing lines are rather arbitrary.  Some think a deep dive is greater than 60 feet;  a cold dive is less than 55 deg;  and that low vis is anything less than 20 feet.  Make your own limitations to cover your diving interests.
