Most of our members are from the Altoona and immediate surrounding areas, including Pittsburgh, Johnstown, Huntington, and State College.

Member benefits

• Attend monthly meetings to socialize with fellow divers, learn about diving, and generally have fun.

• Last Friday of the Month dive at our private quarry

• Participate in our annual club events:

  • Cabin Fever Seafood Dinner (January)

  • Treasure Dive (July)

  • Underwater Pumpkin Carving and Chili Cookoff (October)

• Ability to dive at our private quarry with other members (some additional restrictions apply)

• Socialize online in our private Facebook group

• Travel to exotic destinations on member-organized dive trips

   • Dues can be paid via cash (in-person) or check (in-person or mailed)

     • Checks should be made payable to "Laurel Divers"

     • Membership dues are prorated throughout the year, details are at the top of the application
